Category \u201cB\u201d
\nSingle or Multiple (1 year) Entry<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Type of visa will issue to the applicant who wishes to enter the Kingdom of Thailand with the following purposes:
\n(1) To negotiate or conduct business or join training or seminar organized by a private company;
\n(2) to work (Single entry only).<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Foreign citizen who wishes to visit Thailand for the purpose (1) may apply for a Non- Immigrant Visa \u201cB\u201d single or multiple-entry. It allows holder to visit Thailand as often as required for as long as the visa remains valid and allows holder to stay in Thailand for a period of not exceeding 90 days during each visit. Employment of any kind is strictly prohibited for holder of such visa.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong>For Single Entry Requirements (1)<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \u00a0An application form completely filled out and signed by the applicant;A valid passport for\u00a0 \u00a0travelling to Thailand with sufficient remaining validity (not less than six month). The validity of\u00a0 \u00a018 months is required for one-year visa application;<\/li>\n
    2. One set of passport information page photocopy, last Thai visa page & renewal page (if any);<\/li>\n
    3. Two colour passport-sized photos (3.5 x 4.5cm), taken against a white background and within the past 6 months;<\/li>\n
    4. Visa request letter from the applicant & concerned authority;<\/li>\n
    5. Evidence of adequate finance e.g. Current Bank Solvency and Bank Statement of the last 6\u00a0 \u00a0months with satisfactory transaction (at least 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per\u00a0 \u00a0family OR 60,000 Taka per person and 120,000 Taka per family). Only original Bank Statement\u00a0 \u00a0and Bank Solvency Letter are acceptable. In case where the applicant is sponsored by his\/her\u00a0 \u00a0company and the company Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Letter are submitted, a trade\u00a0 \u00a0license has to be attached;<\/li>\n
    6. A copy of air ticket or a booking confirmation or an itinerary;<\/li>\n
    7. Trade license (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original) for\u00a0 \u00a0proprietorship business, Memorandum and Articles of Association for limited company if the\u00a0 \u00a0applicant\u2019s name not mention in trade license;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Additional Documents Required for This Category of Visa<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Original document showing correspondence with trading partners in Thailand or letter of invitation and balance sheet from companies in Thailand;Only for those intending to become a business operator in Thailand:<\/b>\u00a0Evidence showing financial status or project that will come into operation in Thailand;Invitation letter of a company in Thailand for the applicant to travel to Thailand for business (you must attach company documents such as company registration certificate or limited partnership company registration certificate, partnership or the department of commerce\/roster shareholders\/license to operate the plant(s)\/ VAT registration\/fiscal year etc.);\n

        • \u00a0Business License (Por. Kor. 0401)<\/li>\n
        • \u00a0Certification of Company and Partnership Registration issued by Ministry of Commerce of Thailand (issued within 6 months to 1 year)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Where the petitioner claims to be an advisor to the company. A copy of the company\u2019s personal\u00a0 \u00a0appointment letter must be submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

           <\/p>\n

          For Multiple Entry (1 Year)<\/strong>
          \nApplication for one-year Non-Immigrant Visa \u201cB\u201d is required prior approval from the Royal Thai Embassy before submission of visa fee and the applicant must have at least traveled to Thailand with Non Immigrant \u201cB\u201d single entry before.<\/p>\n

          Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. \u00a0An application form completely filled out and signed by the applicant;<\/li>\n
          2. \u00a0A valid passport for travelling to Thailand with sufficient remaining validity (not less than six month). The validity of 18 months is required for one-year visa application;<\/li>\n
          3. \u00a0One set of passport information page photocopy, last Thai visa page & renewal page (if any);<\/li>\n
          4. \u00a0Two colour passport-sized photos (3.5 x 4.5cm), taken against a white background and within the past 6 months;<\/li>\n
          5. \u00a0Visa request letter from the applicant & concerned authority;<\/li>\n
